I purposely leave small areas not finished. If am fully complete on the design, down time will have less to do. Plus some things I am waiting to see what will come out next or haven't figured out the design.Also have some temp design areas. Xmas area had to be downsized due to space/nasa area. It just has a few xmas decorations out rather than a thought out design. Will prob stay that way until next xmas.Right now my town is the most completely designed it's ever been. Probably about 85-90. This is due to the multi-select feature, makes it much easier to move things around or change your mind.ETA: temp designs take me a few minutes to do. The "creative" or thoroughly designed areas take me about an hour or more.

The majority of my town is decorated but there are still some areas that need decoration and others that are still being tweaked and have some extra decorations added, but trying to put a number on it isn't easy but I'll go with 85 - 90% complete, maybe slightly more.

My town is complete -- at least for the next few months before I redecorate -- but I like to keep a small patch of land free as a place to dump new buildings I haven't found a place for yet.

Said less than 20%. I nuked in January or December (very bad idea) - and have had little time to decorate. I do have like 60%-75% of the buildings PLACED where I want, but have not really added in all the greenery, vanity items, etc.

I want to be 100% - but seems this will forever be a goal.

Less than 20%. I've had temporary sections designed until recently I finally accumulated the majority of land so I could place a town square in the middle with the Jedediah statue like the show. This was my main goal and now I'm starting to build out from this point. :)

I’ve been at 100% in the past, but right now I’m down to around 80 or 85% with work yet to be completed in Krustyland and along the margins of my Springfield. I don’t feel any great urgency to get back to 100%; I’d estimate I’ll be futzing around with the unfinished portions for at least a month or two.
