What to buy instead of cartoon set?

Scratchy is probably the best out of those three. The mine field is nothing spectacular. And the nickle and dime building to me seems quite small for its build.

Out of those three I'd definitely get Scratchy, but won't he be in the store for the duration of the event?
You could wait and see what else is coming, there might be something you really like.

If you don't want to shell out donuts for Scratchy, maybe wait for the upcoming Gil deal or the 4th of July promotion.
