Although if you want a multiplier buy the Devil Float, if you want the tasks, buy the van! :) - I don't have Chester but Rex and the van are both great choices. Another nice aspect to the van is it unlocks a premium 4 hr broadcast at Channel 6.

- Rex and the van are a great choice because Rex is a limited combo for just 90 donuts and the van has a multiplier and a 4hr job for the channel broadcast. I don't really like chester although maybe someday I'll get him since I have the gold mansion. I'd rather get Otto first if you don't have it, else go for chester.
- I'd get the dinner since it's limited time. And the news van.

Nobody knows. - I decided to get the Nighthawk Diner and hold off for a little bit to see if there is anything new. I don't expect anything good until Halloween and the rocket car is a good deal at 120 donuts.
