What to craft? (Superheroes)

So far I've got the Times, 3 apartments, 2 lofts, 1 storefront. I am working on 2nd storefront. After that, I think that's all I'll be able to make - but I might manage one more apartment.

I'll use the rest on phone booths, and store most of them.

I'm going to end up with one of everything plus a second apartment and loft. Could have had more but spent last week in Las Vegas and was only playing once or twice per day. I think what I'm going to do with all the stuff (except maybe the gardens) is to expand my studio area and make a new 'film set' area with it. The buildings look to me like sets in a futuristic sci-fi movie or something since they're so generic yet uniquely designed.
