What to get next?
Get Luann, she has an amusing/long quest line (that will keep you busy), she unlocks a free decoration for Springfield and KL and gives Kirk a premium 8hr task. P.S: She has three visible tasks

I'd go Jasper. Luann's outdoor tasks are great, but the Cracker Factory building (IMO) is less than spectacular. Manjula is "hot" and a long overdue building/character, but brand new; she can wait! I was thinking the same thing about the cracker factory too. Honestly Jesper and the community center are both strong contenders. I love the way the building looks, and he's a pretty funny character. :D
