What to Tap ? (definitive answer?)

I know the feeling. The lemon tree has an inexplicable attraction. If there are no stackables (well...I can skip that now) or spraycans and I see a lemon tree, I just have to tap it. :D

On a side note about three hours ago I was getting 10 friendship points per tap and now it's back down to 1 point per tap which is what it was originally. Anyone else notice this?

They go into detail about each, but the summary was:

1) Moe’s Tavern, Police Station, Town Hall and Springfield Elementary.
2) All other buildings not in 1 or 3
3) The Squidport Tiles, Cletus’ Farm, Channel 6 and Open Air Stage.
