What's the deal with the new task lengths.

I'd like that too, but it just doesn't make sense that most are 24 and a few are 20.

Me Too. I am a big fan of 'slightly' shorter-than-24hr tasks. I just wish they would make the friend visit reset 20 hours as well!!

I totally agree with making friend visits every 20 hours! :thumbup:

It would make it so much easier, especially since I try to do my visits during my hour lunch break at work and sometimes I'm late and it then throws me off.

Exactly. I think they did it because everyone seemed to be asking for it. Though I don't know why they didn't make it 22 or 23 hours, that seems to be more along the lines of what people wanted. I don't really care either way though, since I rarely send characters on tasks longer than 12 hours.

If they're going to change friend visits, I wish they'd make it so they reset at midnight. That way it wouldn't matter what time of day you did it. I wouldn't care which midnight they chose either, but events seem to run on Pacific Time, so midnight PST would be fine. It would work very well for me actually since it's 3 AM my time. The other game I used to play a lot reset everything at midnight. It was great.
