It depends. Typically it is when new premiums are released, or the start of an event where the person has it completed.

I think they take it since sometimes it's hard to capture the moment when particular characters are together, or unless they are too lazy to wait the 6 seconds for the info to disappear. Perhaps they think it's more legit if it shows the data, not sure.

but hey wait, you cannot "turn" the windsocks and orient them in the opposite direction??? i thought all things turned for two views unless they were round, like the KrustyLand little tents. and those still have a slight change in stripes.

the only thing i've found so far you cannot turn is the KL bus stop. now THAT is annoying.

i DO feel your pain about the lack of scale consistency. i get it, it's simulating hand drawn images. but c'mon, i just saw a guy walk past a door he was too tall to walk into! ha

all flags should wave-animate anyway, IMHO

hey, have you noticed whether all smokes blow consistently left or right? ugh now i have to check!

they did it to me too. I cut that for upload time (I was on 3g at the time) and people immediatly said WHY U HIDE IT? HACKS111!!!1 H4CKZ0R1111!! dear (time)lord.

A helpful suggestion. Put the whacking day flag thingies at the corner of your town farthest from your courthouse. At your age, by the time you scroll from one area to the other one, you'll have forgotten which direction the previous one was blowing. (At MY age, I'd have forgotten there WAS a previous one.)
