It's a shame that this is ruining your game experience, because your SF is really beautifully done---at least, what I've seen of it. I won't say, "Try to ignore it," because sometimes I'll be really bothered by something like this in my own town too. But I'm sure your neighbors are still very much in awe of your SF. :D
