From the show -- that's a tough one as there are so many of them.

One that I use most often is Yoink!

From the game I'm assuming:

I love when Mayor Quimby gets done and screams- YAY!- At me, it's my favorite.
Kent Brockman will yell too but it's not as good as Quimby.

I pretty much love everything that Homer and Bart say in the game. Quimby has the worst lines in this game, I hate when he does that over-exaggerated "yay!" when he finishes a task, makes me so annoyed with him.

As for the show, I have so many, but my absolute favorite is what is in my sig lol
