Wheel frustration

got tired of waiting for tokens, spent $30 for extra tokens. only got plow king. this thing is crap. all this no give up BS, this was a terrible idea. the very least they could have done was just add a buy option for the wheel. you can buy almost all of the snowmen that you can win for free anyway. why not the buildings, christmas lights, or more importantly the costumes! ridiculous that it took me so long to get mr. plow, and then to tease plow king in the same spot...frustrating. I GAVE YOU MONEY, YOU GIVE ME DIGITAL ITEMS THAT HAVE NO REAL MEANING!

Which digital item were you hoping for that you feel does have meaning, just out of curiosity?

You do realise that is the entire point of freemium games?

Games are for entertainment and so I am glad to pay for the hours of fun, when the entertainment turns to frustration (f......wheel) not worth a penny.
  • Its threads like this that make me feel guilty for having 80 tokens left over after clearing the wheel. Not really. I'd love to see you folks in a Vegas casino in the good old days demanding they give you money because your feelings are getting hurt. A few broken knee caps around here and the wheel thread abyss would clear up.

Going to a Las Vegas casino to gamble is a free choice. No room for complaint.
But even there they have to keep a facade of fair play - an obviously rigged roulette would keep all "punters" away and that's bad to business.

Won't spend real money in any kind of " wheel". I'd rather buy ClausCo than spin for it and if I don't get it that way I do without it.

  • I know this has been stated over and over again, The wheel is rigged..DUH, I don't care anymore whether I get clause co or not now. I refuse to spend donuts on the wheel, lets see if they put it on sale once the event is over and if they do, how much it is. If they don't oh well

I like vegas. Haven't had a good game of baccarat in a while
  • I haven't wasted any donuts or money on the wheel as there is more than enough time to get everything on it. I agree that it is very frustrating as I also keep getting the 1000 money. The only item I have left to get is the Yeti. I get on average 5 tokens a day between the Egg Nog bar and visiting neighbours.

Still got a week to go so there is plenty of time yet.

At least Vegas tries to ensure you have a good time. The wheel is frustrating. I still have three items to go.

If I wanted to gamble I'd play poker. Or drive four hours to Vegas. Not play a freemium game. I'm beyond frustrated...I've had it. I wish they'd just offered the wheel stuff for donuts instead of on a stupid wheel.

If I don't clear it the app is getting deleted. That's how angry and frustrated I'm getting.
  • i get that this is the way of freemium games, i have no problem paying money for digital objects as you can see. thats my own ball & chain there. i get tired of games coming out with content that you just have to be lucky to get. the holiday / community prizes are fun because it rewards you for time put into the extra stuff. this wheel is crap because no matter how many times you spin you still only have a random chance to get anything. and to rub the acid in your eyes they put a measly amount of cash on the wheel that seems to be a 97% chance RNG. as a lvl 37 i have no need of extra cash, let alone such a paltry amount. at least the gift cards on the wheel can be collected to win another token. the only prize i don't have right now, mind you i won almost everything before i dropped the $30, is the ice ghandi and plow king. i never land on the gift card sections, and $30 of coins landed on the $1000 spaces. its crap, its uneccessary when you already generate an insane amount of income off this property. and as for which items i feel are fulling, anyone that has a regular action, i.e. character or costume with a job or a building that characters interact with. the music stage is a good example, i like it because you actually see the characters singing. candy kevin and the boardwalk performers are not fullfilling, because they just walk around and do nothing. anyway thats my rant. tear it apart like you do interwebbers. ill still play, and ill still buy stuff, but this was too frustrating to not vent about.
