- I presume that's Australian dollars? I think this happens occasionally due to currency exchange fluctuations when comparing to US dollars. Prices here in the US have remainder steady. Of course I've only seen posts from people stating costs are higher I their respective currancy, never any downward adjustments.
Love the Alf pog pic BTW. - 19.99$ for 300 donuts

American dollars?
What? American dollars doesn't change the fact that Tapped Out in Australia requires $30.99 for 300 donuts. Had I known that the price of donuts fluctuates based on the exchange rate/market I wouldn't have put off getting the donuts. I assumed that like everything else, the Australian App Store is independent to Europe, America, etc and that the prices of donuts would be in accordance to that. It's unfair, and even if you convert AUD$30.99 to USD it still would convert to around to $22.41 instead of $19.99.defectdefect wrote:

It's weird cause I'm in Middle East and its 19.99
I thought we all have the same price- I just checked mine and you're right, 132 definitely used to be $12.99 and is now $14.99 and a boatload is $159.99! Not cool.
- Same thing happened here in Canada, last year I think. It's loosely based on the exchange rate (as an excuse). Don't expect the price to go down if/when the exchange rates go back to parity, though. The initial change was so that everyone around the world was supposedly paying roughly the same (in USD), but they will probably only make adjustments if there are large changes in exchange rates.
- It's $19.99 USD plus tax for 300 doughnuts. The doughnut cost for me has not changed since the first time I purchased doughnuts over 2 years ago.
