When to drop non-playing friends?
I'll drop when they have nothing to tap. Usually that's about four weeks. I'll keep some long time neighbors that only play for events and I know will come back.

Usually takes me a while to delete people. I still have some forum friends on my list that have been inactive for months. I'm a pretty lazy neighbour myself so it doesn't bother me that they're not visiting.
