I think it also depends on the device you are using, cos if i use my iPhone5/iPad it takes the 40mins ish, but when i use my iPhone4 it takes well over the hour!- I've been looking for graffiti to do

I've never experienced this they always collected when I visited- i wait for it to autocollect and the 25 xp collect button appears

That was Halloween last year. There were multiple issues with goo collection, actually. I haven't seen those issues in later events.- I had been doing the full collection until i tested and confirmed for myself, that all xp including the last 25 are auto collected.
But- I did not see donuts accumulation after like a week of visiting towns, so i slowed down to observe if any are springing out but not tallying up.
However today I've just learned that these extra donuts come only when you are at max FP, which i had not considered. I thought i was missing out but seems i was only observing at the wrong time. This week i hope to see some donuts though!
I can do 85 friends in about 25 mins. That's a quick circle to locate any near by graffiti, else tap 3 n go. Minimum tap one so the clock restarts and revisit later.
I wonder what the next FP prize will be! - The only thing I wait for is the graffiti animation to finish, but I don't stay around to collect what pops out. I try to get to the next town as quickly as possible, but sometimes I have guilt if I click on the first Brown House I see or other cheap building, so sometimes I search for something a little bit more profitable for the neighbor.
