Yes he has disappeared and so has the 12 hour task for Krusty.

Yeah it seems they have just made him an NPC, at least for now anyway. Just found him scuttling about on my boardwalk. He now has a new animation when tapped, but no sound. Also, is it just me or does he look a bit more... stupid than he used to?
