Yes, after the ultrahouse2 quest. Or at least that's what been said on here.

Meh... Not really happy about having to buy the ray gun with donuts. Kind of a bummer :(

I don't buy a ray gun and thereby don't shoot down Kodos--Does the spacecraft just fly over the town indefinitely?
