Which Zenith City building to try for first?
I'll be getting collector first thing tomorrow morning. I plan to aim for the Times first, but I might get something else first if I have the ingredients and it won't set me too far back on the Times.

LOL! I am SO with you there. After a tasty adult beverage or two, I have no restraint. Still, I'm waiting on these in order to craft 'em all at the same time. Just to see if I can. Although once I'm at 20 handcuffs, I may say, "Screw It!" and go ahead and craft everything *but* the Times building.
