She comes with the Lovejoy Residence at a cost of 180 donuts and is available after you reach level 50.

Is it still a limited time item? It doesn't say it is when I click on in the items menu.

I don't think it was ever limited - it still shows up in my menu :)

It is not a limited time item. But early access to these items (ie before you reach level 50) is only available for a limited time.
