Yes, I noticed it myself just while ago. The problem has been that usually I send Cave Man Moe to either Swelldorado or Chez Guevara and when collectiong from them the voices jumble together that I hadn't herd that line before. Now I've been in susch hurry that I've used the Unemployment Office couple of times and that sends him into his Cave and that is kinda secluded from other buildings with people in them that when I collected him there I heard the line. Two other times there have been lots of characters walking by so I could not have pinpointed who said it. But last time there were none so I noticed that it was Cave Man Moe. Kinda out of character line there IMHO.
