I am also stuck. I have built the Springfield downs track but cannot get Marge or Homer to start the quest line to build Gilded Truffle.

I tried placing moe's in storage and re placing.
I tried placing track in storage and re placing.
I tried selling track and rebuilding.
Nothing has helped so far.

Has anyone been able to solve this bug?
