I bought Luann so that Milhouse doesn't have to eat cardboard boxes anymore (at least that's what he said in an earlier level). Also, my town now has a nice supply of biscuit crackers.

I say go with Crazy Cat Lady. Her tasks are awesome.

i'm saving up for Crazy Cat Lady myself. i would purchase her.

One additional plus for Luann Kirk gets a premium 8hr task
