Who's the level 28 character(s)?

I reckon the Sea Captain. Apparently he's in the game files, but not as a prize for whacking day event..

    I'd rather the Sea Captain than anyone at the moment tbh... With Patty & Selma soon after, with JubJub of course! :D

    I hope this game lives to level 100 then have most characters but I am happy with any new character

    I know he's dead in the show, but if they ever decide to add Bleeding Gums Murphy, some possible tasks:

    Play Smooth Jazz - 4 hours
    Haunt Lisa's Dreams - 8 hours
    Visit Dentist - 24 hours
