why can’t I chose where land becomes available

With the previous update it was the first time I got land opened up. All the way to the top left. Now, with the Halloween update, they added some even higher than that. This makes no sense. Why not ju...

This seems to be the new direction EA has chosen with regards to free land. It has been brought up in the past with much support from users like you and I, but it appears that this request has fallen on deaf ears.
