Why do I have such terrible luck with mystery boxes??

I've been trying everything I can to increase my multiplier. Right now, it's at 216.45%. Every time I save up 6 donuts, I try for the box because that seems to be what everyone says to do. Very annoyi...

Even if you just look at what you got. You have a 7% increase with a net of 112 donuts spent (if I added things up correctly). There isn't any items that can give you that good of a multiplier without some sort of rebate.
