Why do I have such terrible luck with mystery boxes??

I've been trying everything I can to increase my multiplier. Right now, it's at 216.45%. Every time I save up 6 donuts, I try for the box because that seems to be what everyone says to do. Very annoyi...

The people who have multipliers in the thousands have also been around long enough to have seen a few glitches - tennis courts, wailing walls, inventory replication, etc. - that have allowed for some quick jumps in %. Plus a pretty healthy investment in other premium items with multipliers.
