Why is my sideshow bob missing

What level are you? Did you finish the quest Flaw and Order to get Sideshow Bob? Did you check the town census (if you have it) at Town Hall for Sideshow Bob. Did you check to see if he was grayed out in the character collection? Did you check your main inventory for him not the character tab? When was the last time you saw him in your town?
If he really is missing, contact EA for help. Use the in game link.
