Tapped Out is a game that uses the TV show as a basis for content. As such, over time more and more content from the show appears in the game.
If they wanted to use the Deep Space Homer episode as a basis for stuff in the game then how would they do that without using astronaut skins? If they wanted to realize the episode would they just use a minnow pond instead of a launching pad?
It's incredibly hard to prove that they "stole" your idea for the game when 1) the game takes ideas from the tv show and 2) you got your ideas from the tv show.
If you suggest something that wasn't in any show and they later incorporate that into the game then you'll have a stronger case.
Have to agree with this.
The space episode was an iconic episode in my books. Once anyone decides to base an episode off of this, certain elements are fairly obvious - Barney and Homer as main characters with skins, the Carbon Rod, a launch pad with rocket... I haven't read the OPs old posts, but I would have to see a unique, specific aspect that was copied (eg. chips flying through the air) in order to gain credibility.
