Windmill has a multiplier now.
The multiplier is 0.75%. I had a bunch of them in my inventory from a previous event. Just wanted to let everybody know.

I think this one just should've been one of the craftables and they forgot about it. Go to the Constrution Yard and click on the "?" on the upper right corner and you'll see it there with the others. It was there since day one. I guess they just needed a "reason" to release it now out of nowhere and making something Premium is always a reason to re-release it.
