Windmill has a multiplier now.
The multiplier is 0.75%. I had a bunch of them in my inventory from a previous event. Just wanted to let everybody know.

I would go with a no if you're in for the multiplier, it's not that great but if you want a windmill get it. I forget how we got them the first time but it wasn't donuts, must have been crafting.
Pretty sure we got them during Clash of Clones (you prob know that and mean method ;) ), I think I can picture placing it by the guillotine, stocks, trebuchet, etc. Must have been crafting since a lot of us have multiples!
