If you can keep the total you earn under 2 mil and wait for rewards. If you can't, say tapping SkyFinger, then collect just enough tasks to tip over and get the counter as low as possible - I aim for under 50k - and than pop to friends towns as a precaution against Bart. You'll end up with a reset counter and one round but it's better than having it happen when you get close, say 999,000, and that all goes to waste !!
Very true. I watch and try to get it over the million before collecting large things. Adds a few boxes to the daily haul.
