If I felt something was spam I'd add a post in the spam threads thread - Here's the link
If I felt something needed flagged it would be to report to the mods as serious and unacceptable. Something like a failed attempt to bully or harass perhaps.
Small minds do small things. Newspapers across the globe publish spoof articles every April 1st and most of us get a good laugh, even bigger one if we actually get duped. Others sit at their keyboard waiting to put others down, so they feel empowered.
