It is one of the items that would appear in the vault, meaning you'll have to keeping checking there for it to go on sale.

It is in the Vault now.

Keep checking the vault every Wednesday morning. The vault updates with 4 limited items each Wednesdays for a week so get while its hot.

I already got the dish a couple months ago.

You're not missing anything. Arnie Pye sucks. You can have mine if you want ;) He has been in storage for a couple of years, pretty much since right after I bought him and realized how annoyinh he is.

My guess is he probably doesnt like it much. I also believe he has been letting my girlfriends cat out my backdoor lately

I put Arnie in Stonecutter skin and never see him, better than storage.
