I voted for CoC, simply because there's nothing for me to work towards in terms of buildings/decorations. I might find a use for the castles, but they'll likely be destined for storage, and I'm honestly not concerned if I don't earn all of the personal prizes.
Easter was terrible in terms of the prize wheels, but at least had me interested for the during of the event as it had prizes I wanted (and was lucky enough to get).
