I had to download around 500 MB.
This is a huge update but it has so little stuff, there's gotta be more than this.
This is probably to warn people about the size of the updates it will download on first start. That would allow people using mobile data to go on to WIFI.
The size is due to the new images of buildings etc with snow on them.
