Did you try deleting and reinstalling the game? That worked for me.

They are starting it in the afternoon? That makes no sense....
Oh and Ice from last year is glitched. It won't even mesh with the snow....its still green around the edges for some reason....

Yep, mine is as well. The only thing that is not glitched out is the golden bear on the front, and the running water animation.
