Me too until the rollback. I've spent a lots of money on this game too, so I put up a huge fight, even asking for a refund. Yay meeeee
The guy really got to it too. Like 4 emails and it was fixed in 2 days.

and awesome because I was starting to think EA Customer service did F All to actually help people. Nice to see they can actually come through for people.
