I'm wondering if the first time buying them they are cash and any after are more expensive. Does anyone see the new prices who hasn't bought any balloons?

That is great to hear, FYI other companies like Game Insight consider time advance as cheating and will ban UDID for doing such in some of their games. In one way or another its good and bad. For those who want to rush and get the items quicker this came be great. For the makers of the game, they want you to play in real time. Yeah it can get boring it it takes forever on tasks or getting in game currency.
I am sorry but being a grown adult I have no interest in following what others tell me to do. For example in Italy Halloween is not Oct 31st. That being said I have no interest in telling people to do what "you " think they should do. More importantly the reasons everyone releases " day and date " time based on good marketing strategies means they know it holds zero importance on date unless it befalls o a geographic holiday. Your theory is flawed and I will hold my tongue from attacking further .....but really...... Do not open presents until Santa visits?
