Your character MUST be on "jobs" to receive Valentines Cards

disagree. I left all of my characters off task overnight (because I thought they had to be off) and I awoke to plenty of valentines. I have received them from on and off task characters.

This (and spiff's) confuses me. I have not been able to collect anything from "off task" characters when I've tested between my accounts, and I'm switching as fast as possible to guard against a friend sneaking in very fast. Either way, the task-less characters have no valentine's when I return to the task-less city.

(Edited to add: I have been collecting Valentines from characters when their tasks are over, but I'm just assuming they were tapped during their task.)
