It may seem silly, but unless you give them the specific name (the game calls them Robot Part) then perhaps their search doesn't yield any results.

they just got back to me, they are requesting a screenshot of the completed daily task :lol: like I screenshot every thing i do with the game. It happened yesterday and 3 days ago :roll:
