It may seem silly, but unless you give them the specific name (the game calls them Robot Part) then perhaps their search doesn't yield any results.

Proof they don't play the game usually - those first level people, and therefore normally have NO Clue what you are talking about...Causing multiple attempts to get what you are complaining about fixed.....
