1) What improvements would you like to see in the coming months, i,e Stability, EA customer Service etc,

1st priority Customer service during updates
2nd priority Notifications of when an update will hit.
3rd priority Less silence on glitches
2) What in game features would further enhance your gaming experience I,e screenshot feature, messaging friends.
Answer: A message feature would be fun, but something that wouldn't cause spam, and doesn't inundate your inbox. 3 messages a day and a thank you to acknowledge msgs received. A screenshot feature, and a feedback feature for reporting problems.
Please explain why this would enhance your gaming experience? Answer: It would be nice to speak to friends, share images of my town, and any help at this point in stabilizing the game is welcomed.
3) Should their be tasks that reward donuts rather than purchasing them alone? Y/
If yes, what suggestions do you have, if any Answer: Premium characters and buildings should be able to earn donuts.
4) Do you think a limited time item that is not available to everyone would be a good idea, even if it means you can't get it? Y
5) Should you be able to choose what themed Mystery Box you receive? Y
6) What features in the game would you like to see changed or improved? I,e The XP from decorations removed, decorations to fully rotate etc,
Answer: Billboards, better walking paths, avatars to walk on pavements and on benches, Springfield lake, Springfield beach, Swimming Pools, Rock N roll camp and the two above.
7) Have you ever suffered lockout or level reset from an update? Y
- How often does this happen I,e every update, once in a while etc,
Answer: Twice after an update, one during the Halloween update and the 2nd at the start of the Valentines update.
- If yes, does this deter you from wanting to participate in any future products or services from EA? Y
