Maybe, while we still have some Federal Agents milling around town, they could add a terrorist group, and maybe a police car chasing a stolen car all over town, and, since I have Abe Lincoln, they could add John W. Booth into the game, including Fords Theater. Maybe even some soldiers fighting a war.
