In Game Ticket Doesn’t work

I have a missing item from the great Raymondo pack, the milk can. I have tried to start a in game ticket to get this fixed or sent to me but every time I do try to start a in game ticket it takes me to the live chat and all I get is we can’t help you and they send me a link on how to start a in game ticket and I try to tell them this doesn’t work, but @EA.help don’t listen or care about their player/customers.  

I have gone into the Simpsons tapped out, I have clicked on the build button, I have scrolled to help, and BAM straight to live chat where they can’t do anything but send a useless link.

Does anyone else know how I can get someone help? I have been trying for 2 weeks and no in EA knows how to contact them or fix this!
