Coliseum Issues
In the previous character events leading to slider maul etc. I was getting rewards everytime i did a round of coliseum even uf i didnt beat the previous score. Now even if i match the score im not getting rewards. this entire time going to andor im not getting rewards unless i beat my previous score, meaning ive been stuck with no progression flr days and days. Also the rewards we got for the inconvenience seem to have not been credited to my account even though i have claimed them. Thank you! About a month ago, I contacted EA customer service because a faulty update erased all my resources and changed my name to “1”. My progress and plants are still intact, but I lost a large amount of resources: Coins: ~80,000 Gems: ~1,000 Mints: ~1,800 Arena Gauntlets: ~20 Seed Packets / Sprouts: ~30,000 I have already provided all the information requested by customer support multiple times to different representatives, yet they keep asking for the same details again, even though everything is already included in the case history. Several cases were closed without resolving the problem, and now three different support agents have contacted me again with identical questions — the first in German, the next two in English. Do they even know what their colleagues are doing? Do they actually read what has already been written? This is a total customer service disaster — and I know what I’m talking about, as I worked in customer service for a large computer company for twelve years. Has anyone here successfully received their lost resources back?Tired of bugs
I successfully finished one vs attack match and then i sterted next one but the game keep kicking out me and i tried again and the game did this again i thing they are saying that if u wanna play u have to close the game and the gotta enter again while my opponent easily scoring me and my stars leaving i tired of this game it has too much bags u could found excuses like internet connection but my internet runs 50 mp/s so there is no problem please fix this **bleep** its so hardI purchased a template using $50 worth of LP
I purchased and had to buy $49.99 worth of LP just to be able to purchase the updated farmhouse, Mrs. Claus or Santa Claus farmhouse which again has been updated. Something went wrong and all I want is the house. I just want the farmhouse and I’ve been trying to get someone from the Sims FreePlay app to help me, but none of them will help me I’ve asked for a two-tier specialist. All I want is the house and they’re trying to close the case and I will not close it. They’re trying to pay me off with LP. They’re trying to pay me off with money because now I would have to spend more money just to purchase a house when that was the one that I wanted that I’ve been waiting for. It’s been almost a month and they will not help me. They keep going around in circles. All I’m asking for is the template that I bought? And have proof of they themselves admitted that I did pay for it and that I bought the template but will not give it to me. They just keep running running in circles. Gonna go to the BBB if this is not resolved.
