Malen Bug Ruined Game
Today there was a bug involving 119 Malen being available for a cheap price to then be sold for lots of shards. This is a horrible bug as many people have exploited this bug for more than 150,000+ shards. Most of us including me have been grinding very very hard to save our resources and shards for the Balon D'or event so that we can keep our teams meta when OVR jump comes. However people who just exploited the glitch now have a huge advantage over everyone, and it feels horrible knowing that 2 months of me saving and grinding the game has gone to waste over a bug which lasted one hour. I seriously want compensation or the shards to be retracted because now I have no interest in touching this useless game anymore.Malen`s bug
I’m sure you’re aware that players are unhappy about this bug! The entire community is demanding compensation! This bug is on par with the one involving 200 draft vouchers—some people now have enough fragments to last them for years! I save up resources across several events just to get two top-rated players... EA, please provide compensation! The whole community is furious. A fair form of compensation could be: 10,000 shards, a player pick from the 3rd Anniversary event (122 OVR), and a pack containing one 122 OVR player! It wouldn’t cost you anything to provide this—especially since 124 OVR players are coming out in just a week anyway! It would mean a lot to the players to receive a message from you showing that you actually care about us!The last bug and something personal

Hi everyone, I’m having a problem with Plants vs. Zombies 2 on my iPhone 15 Pro. I played the game about a year ago, then deleted it. I recently reinstalled it, but now I can’t get past the tracking consent screen. When I tap the “CONTINUE” button, the game freezes completely, including the music. I’ve already tried: Uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Playing with Wi-Fi on and off. Restarting my iPhone. Disabling iCloud Private Relay. Checking my available storage. Checking the tracking settings in iOS, but PvZ 2 doesn’t appear in the list. My iPhone 15 Pro is running the latest available iOS version, and I have plenty of free storage. Nothing has worked so far. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?Game account unlinked from EA account.
I accidentally unlinked my game account from my EA account. I lost access to the game account on the device but i do have the username, ally code and game ID plus receipts for in game purchases. I want to know if its possible for EA to link the game account back to my EA account as i heard from someone in my discord they had the same issue and after pestering and bugging EA they eventually done it. I have been in contact with EA chats, emails and such and either my case keeps getting closed, i’m ignored or they keep misunderstanding the problems and then don’t seem to bother going any further to help me. At this point it’s starting to become really bothersome and feels like EA help doesn’t want to help.
