In Game Ticket Doesn’t work
I have a missing item from the great Raymondo pack, the milk can. I have tried to start a in game ticket to get this fixed or sent to me but every time I do try to start a in game ticket it takes me to the live chat and all I get is we can’t help you and they send me a link on how to start a in game ticket and I try to tell them this doesn’t work, but @EA.help don’t listen or care about their player/customers. I have gone into the Simpsons tapped out, I have clicked on the build button, I have scrolled to help, and BAM straight to live chat where they can’t do anything but send a useless link. Does anyone else know how I can get someone help? I have been trying for 2 weeks and no in EA knows how to contact them or fix this!Milk Can Still Missing
Hello, I have been trying to get help with the milk can, and no one is able to help me, I don’t know what to do. I have tried the tech team, I have tried asking in the community, I have tried the help chat, I have tried emailing. No one seems to be able to help. I have spoken to over 7 different people about this from EA and none of them can help me. i have logout and log back in, I have put Great Raymondo in storage, I have tried to talk to many different people that work with EA, I have looked in my storage and the shop. But none of this has helped me with the missing milk can. is there anything else I can try?
Missing characters
After the recent Taps update I am missing 10 characters and really want them so I can complete the game. I saw on another site the suggestion was to raise a ticket with EA through Simpsons tapped out app. I did this after a few minutes chat with advisor, the advisor told me to register bug in this site these are the characters I am missing are; Radioactive man Homer stone cutter 806 Mirrored disco Stu Itchy Hard plays night - Bart Homerplooza pop 2017 - Alaska Nebraska Heaven won’t wait - Marge A hard plays night - Bart Fears of a clown - Krusty and Bart The simpsanos- mayor Quinby fur coat
Missing Milk Can “The Great Geriatrico Pt.3”
I am trying to finish TSTO but when trying to complete “The Great Geriatrico Pt.3” quest line with the Great Raymundo, I can’t do the task of “make the Great Raymundo perform the Great milk can escape” as I don’t seem to have been given the milk can item. I have tried removing and replacing the building and character Great Raymundo but it hasn’t helped. Upon contacting customer support and opening 2 cases to try and fix this I have been instructed to post here for help, so any guidance is GREATLY appreciated.

Me and my friend, who both started playing the same time are missing permanent premium items that should in the store: These include: ~Buildings: -Kamp krusty -Film set -Museum of natural history -Unfinished Shed -Unoriginal Log ride -The happy sumo -Preparatory school -Springfield Clamphitheater -Florence of Arabia -Rancho relaxo -Springfield YMCA -Vesuvius pizza -Malibu Stacy Headquarters -Stacy’s dream house -Powers house -Woosterfield Hotel -Powell Mansion -Platos Republic casino -Springfield museum ~Characters -all characters associated with above buildings Me and my friend both have this issue and ea support chat worker told me to post about it here. Pls help
Missing Quests
I have been playing TSTO for the better part of the entire run and have run into this issue in the past back around 2014 when I was unable to build Springfield Hospital but now I have about 25 characters who have everything that is required for certain tasks but they are unavailable. In total the 25 characters have over 50 tasks that are locked that should not be. I've tried putting the items in the inventory to no avail. Does anyone have any advice?Locked out after latest update.
The latest/final update stopped me logging in. I’ve tried the usual steps: Updating the IOS Deleting and reinstalling Using mobile instead of wifi Installing on another device Logging out and logging in again None of it makes any difference. As soon as I tap to enter there’s a couple of seconds of swirly donut then the game crashes. EA sends me to these forums or suggests I raise a ticket in the game (the game I can’t get into). It’s bad enough my favourite mobile game for the last 10 years is stopping but not being able to finish it… so frustrating. Any help, would really be appreciated.
