Tapped Out Taps - Still Missing Characters
Hello everyone. After the release of Taps 5, does anyone still have characters missing? To name a few, all the Broadwalk Entertainers, The Pests and Dr Hibbert's Son are still unobtainable for me. After speaking EA Help they advised posting here: Thanks for waiting. It seems like a bug in the game in this case I would request you to report this on EA forum so that the officials have information about this issue, and they can take appropriate actions. Moreover, I will also go ahead and mark feedback on this as per your words.Town Portrait saving blurry/jumbled
This is how my town portrait is saving. I don't get any errors. It says it saves correctly, but the image looks corrupted. I've tried it 4X, have cleared cache, and the results are always the same. I want to get a good photo of my town before the game goes away forever. Help please!
Missing Quests
I have been playing TSTO for the better part of the entire run and have run into this issue in the past back around 2014 when I was unable to build Springfield Hospital but now I have about 25 characters who have everything that is required for certain tasks but they are unavailable. In total the 25 characters have over 50 tasks that are locked that should not be. I've tried putting the items in the inventory to no avail. Does anyone have any advice?
Missing characters
After the recent Taps update I am missing 10 characters and really want them so I can complete the game. I saw on another site the suggestion was to raise a ticket with EA through Simpsons tapped out app. I did this after a few minutes chat with advisor, the advisor told me to register bug in this site these are the characters I am missing are; Radioactive man Homer stone cutter 806 Mirrored disco Stu Itchy Hard plays night - Bart Homerplooza pop 2017 - Alaska Nebraska Heaven won’t wait - Marge A hard plays night - Bart Fears of a clown - Krusty and Bart The simpsanos- mayor Quinby fur coat
In Game Ticket Doesn’t work
I have a missing item from the great Raymondo pack, the milk can. I have tried to start a in game ticket to get this fixed or sent to me but every time I do try to start a in game ticket it takes me to the live chat and all I get is we can’t help you and they send me a link on how to start a in game ticket and I try to tell them this doesn’t work, but @EA.help don’t listen or care about their player/customers. I have gone into the Simpsons tapped out, I have clicked on the build button, I have scrolled to help, and BAM straight to live chat where they can’t do anything but send a useless link. Does anyone else know how I can get someone help? I have been trying for 2 weeks and no in EA knows how to contact them or fix this!Milk Can Still Missing
Hello, I have been trying to get help with the milk can, and no one is able to help me, I don’t know what to do. I have tried the tech team, I have tried asking in the community, I have tried the help chat, I have tried emailing. No one seems to be able to help. I have spoken to over 7 different people about this from EA and none of them can help me. i have logout and log back in, I have put Great Raymondo in storage, I have tried to talk to many different people that work with EA, I have looked in my storage and the shop. But none of this has helped me with the missing milk can. is there anything else I can try?
Missing Milk Can “The Great Geriatrico Pt.3”
I am trying to finish TSTO but when trying to complete “The Great Geriatrico Pt.3” quest line with the Great Raymundo, I can’t do the task of “make the Great Raymundo perform the Great milk can escape” as I don’t seem to have been given the milk can item. I have tried removing and replacing the building and character Great Raymundo but it hasn’t helped. Upon contacting customer support and opening 2 cases to try and fix this I have been instructed to post here for help, so any guidance is GREATLY appreciated.

There’s a few things I’m hoping to discuss, I have Jessica lovejoy but it’s asking me to tap on Homer 10 times in a row to get the jebediah statue and I’ve done that more than 10 times and I don’t have it also I need more real estate value, I need 25 million and I only have 18, I’m sick of having to get cookie kwan to do the same thing over again and lastly I need more real estate value to be able to get more gym mats as I only have 10, I need at least 25 so I can build the country club so then get Frankie the squealer can sell country club memberships so then I can move on with my game My email address is [removed-please don't share personal information here]

New glitch, started a few days ago, never seen it before in my 10+ years of playing. I am using an IOS iPad, and recently I have come across this glitch that does not let me enter my date. When I select the month/year box and scroll through the numbers to enter my a date, I am unable to submit any number. I have restarted and reinstalled the game several times, neither do a trick, and this issue is not going away. You cannot load the game past this point, the game forces you to do this before logging in or downloading the game's content. In short terms: The button to submit/confirm the number is missing. This seems more like a tech issue than an account issue. I've talked to EA, and I have been pointed to the forums so that a DEV may see this post and be able to take a look. I've added an attachment of the problem. The red circle on the right is where a "done" option is supposed to be to confirm the number you chose. As you can see, it is not there. I was hoping the mini-update before the "A Bart Future" event would fix it. My only hope now is that the update for the actual "A Bart Future" event might do the trick, but no high hopes.Locked out after latest update.
The latest/final update stopped me logging in. I’ve tried the usual steps: Updating the IOS Deleting and reinstalling Using mobile instead of wifi Installing on another device Logging out and logging in again None of it makes any difference. As soon as I tap to enter there’s a couple of seconds of swirly donut then the game crashes. EA sends me to these forums or suggests I raise a ticket in the game (the game I can’t get into). It’s bad enough my favourite mobile game for the last 10 years is stopping but not being able to finish it… so frustrating. Hello, I have a bug in the Maggie's mission at the end of the beginning XX, where it says click on the Springfield I did it several times and as it did not work, I closed the application thinking that it did not work and when I did it and re-enter the mission it does not appear anymore. What should I do to continue the mission? Because I'm missing two more missions to finish them and be able to do Maggie's doughnut game.
