Missing Quests

Question

I have been playing TSTO for the better part of the entire run and have run into this issue in the past back around 2014 when I was unable to build Springfield Hospital but now I have about 25 characters who have everything that is required for certain tasks but they are unavailable. In total the 25 characters have over 50 tasks that are locked that should not be. I've tried putting the items in the inventory to no avail. Does anyone have any advice?&nbsp;

I too have that issue with The Great Geriatrico questline since I wasn’t given The Famous Milk Can.

I am also unable to locate the Milk Can for the Great Geriatrico quest.Attempted Chat, all I got was an AI pretending to be a human.
