Missing Scout Bart

went to purchase the Scout Bart donut pack, but it is missing.  Is anyone else having this issue?  Is there a remedy? I had this issue with the ranger too.

    Kindle Fire in the USA?

    Take it up with Amazon. For some reason they won't allow their users to make those kind of purchases

    Or load the game to a non-kindle Android or Apple to make the purchase through Google or the App store

It's been reported to EA, and they are trying to get Amazon to sort it, but it is worth trying to contact Amazon about it anyway.
