added friend on ipad but they can't see my town butvi can see theirs

i have the same problem but reversed. I have a friend who can see and go into my town but I can't see theirs. (how) was this problem resolved for you?

My girlfriend and me had the same problem, she has an ipad and i have a galaxy note 10.1. The Solution was to add another friend on the ipad. In the moment she added another friend she was able to see me. Its possible that this friend must have ios version too. Hope this will help you.
