Androids dungeon

Try emptying your taskbook. Progression is made when your taskbook is emptied. Do any job/quest in that bar and you should get the prompts for the Android's dungeon.

Helpful tip: You can only have so many missions going on at once. For new ones to unlock you need to complete the ones in your book. The buildings will go out of order, and you will 99.9% likely to be level(s) ahead of the "required level". Basically, just when you see the ! mark, do that job. Eventually the Android's Dungeon (and everything afterwards) will come. The only optional stuff will be Squidport and Krustyland. You do not need to progress those if you don't wish to.

True, there is an order it all needs to happen in, some of the older levels were trickier than the newer levels.
